Black Rock Ridge Luxury Condomimiums is a condomimium hotel propety that consist of 120 rooms on 8 floors. The standard hotel amenities of the hotel include a restaurant, bar and grill, a small market with a coffee bar, year round outdoor patio seating (heated and cooled), underground parking, conference rooms and an expansive lobby with fireplaces.

Additional amenities that are included with the HOA dues are a year round heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, sauna and a private game room. An ice sheet is currently under construction.
