The initial release of the Discovery Ridge development was announced today.
The project located in Summit Park just to the west of the Weilemann School of Discovery approximately 15 minutes from Salt Lake City and within the Park City School District.
When the project is completed it will contain 43 single family homes and 54 townhomes for a total of 97 units. Of the 97 units 30 will be deed restricted, it is estimated that it will take approximately 3 years to build the entire project.
The developer has committed 75% of the property to open space.
All homes and townhomes are being designed and built by the development team and will have a mountain contemporary feel, there will be 3 finish packages to choose from ranging from light to dark.
Townhome prices start at $680,000
This first release will be for 15 townhomes, the reservation process will begin March 25, and will require a $10,000 refundable deposit.
It is anticipated that the first single family homes will be released to reserve during the summer of 2019.
