Coalville

Coalville is a historical and primarily rural community located  5 minutes from Echo Reservoir., and approximately 15 minutes from the Park City Ski Resorts and the Park City Outlets are only 15 minutes away. Salt Lake City, Ogden and Evanston are  each only 45 minutes away!

The community of Coalville includes the areas of Rockport,  Wanship, Hoytsville, Tollgate and of course Coalville all of which are on the i-80 corridor. 

Coalville is home to the new Wohali development that will include a golf course and several other onsite amenities as well as on mountain clubs for their members.

Tollgate offers a mountainous cabin feel with properties ranging from small cabins to large family homes, with a mix of seasonal and full time residences.

Wanship, located adjacent to the Rockport reservoir, many of the properties are located on the hills to the west of the reservoir providing sensational views of the reservoir and the Uinta Mountains to the East. While there are several full time residences, most are seasonal.

Hoytsville is a small residential community locaed between Coalville and Wanship along Interstate 80. Most of the home sit on larger lots, the area has a small town rural feel.
