Deer Mountain, located on the hillside north of SR248 is a neighborhood consisting primarily of single family homes and townhouses. The location allows for expansive views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Deer Mountain has convenient access to Deer Valley Ski Resort via the Jordanelle Parkway approximately 5 minutes and is only 10 minutes from downtown Park City via SR 248.
