Empire Residences will be a luxury ski in ski out development located at the base of the Silver Strike chairlift in the village at Empire Pass, Deer Valley. There will be 20 units, comprised of 2 to 5 bedroom condos, each with an outdoor deck and hot tub.

Unit sizes will be from 1,143 sq ft to 3,630 sq ft. The 11 remaining units are priced from $2.72 mio (3 bed, 3 bath, 2190 sq ft) to $3.45 mio (4 bed, 5 bath, 2580 sq ft).
