Marcella
The Marcella is a new luxury gated community located within the 6,000 acre newly expanded Deer Valley Ski Resort. The property consists of 151 luxury homesites ranging from 1 to 8 acres.
It will also include membership to the Marcella Club, an exclusive on mountain club with world class skier services, valet, dining and a members lounge.
- The Marcella Lodge will include ski-in ski-out concierge services, an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness and yoga studio and a multipurpose area with an arcade and golf simulator. Additional off property amenities will include private boat access on the Jordanelle Reservoir, a Main Street lounge in Park City with ski valet, lockers, spa services and a private rooftop lounge overlooking Park City’s Historic Old Town.
- Marcella on Main will offer a selection of fine dining and luxury amenities for Marcella members and their guests. On-site offerings will include the Marcella Sky Lounge – a private rooftop club and bar, a full service French brasserie restaurant, a Private Chef ’s Table, a French patisserie and coffee shop, a 'Lobby Pantry' shop, and a Skier's Lounge featuring a casual dining restaurant and bar.
- Marcella is partnering with TGR Design (Tiger Woods Design) to build a new golf course. This will be a fantastic addition to the greater Park City area. The goal is to create an experience that is both challenging and fun for golfers of all abilities.
