Mayflower Lakeside in a luxury development of twin townhomes and flat stacked condos located on the western banks of the Jordanelle Reservoir and directly across Highway 40 from the recently announced Deer Valley ski resort expansion, Mayflower Mountain Resort.

First occupancy is expected Summer 2020 (Mayflower expansion is expected to open Winter 2020/21) and the whole development is slated to take 5-6 years to complete.
