Pinebrook
The idyllic community of Pinebrook is tucked away in a densely treed area west and north of Park City proper. It is popular amongst full time residents, many of whom commute to Salt Lake City. There are numerous trails in the area, as well as several parks, allowing residents excellent recreational access.
The upper boundaries are dotted with single family homes, whilst the lower elevations are comprised of numerous condominium communities, Ecker Hill Middle School and several private schools and Woodward Park City.
With convenient access to a commercial area at the bottom of the neighborhood with restaurants, a grocery store, and a few small stores this area offers it's residents easy access to everything you may need while living in the area.
