Promontory

Promontory is one of the premier private gated communities in Park City. It is based around two spectaular golf courses one a Pete Dye design and the other a Jack Nicklaus design. The community is located along the rolling hills to the north of Park City and extends to the north with views towards the Wanship reservoir and the Uinta Mountains, it is bordered to the west by Tollgate Canyon. Amenities here are wide and varied. The Promontory Ranch Club features a pool, tennis courts, a spa, fitness facilities as well as a state of the art Equestrian Center to name but a few. At the Nicklaus golf course you will find amenities that inlclude the Nicklaus Club house with a fitness studio and restaurant. Additional amenities available in Promontory include a beach club in the summer and tubing hill in the winter, a private lounge at both Deer Valley and Park City.
