Prospector
The Prospector neighborhood is a favorite of full-time residents and was orignially characterized by Victorian architecture much of which is now being remodeled.
Prospector offers single family, multi family as well as condominium properties, all within easy access of the Park City school complex, which includes the high school, a middle school and an elementary school. In addition to the access to the school complex, Prospector has a nice business area that includes restaurants, businesses and fitness facilities.The quick access to Highway 40 is a boon for commuters.
The Rail Trail is easily accessible and provides a popular route for bikers, runners and walkers alike. Quarry Mountain flanks the east end of Prospector and includes the Park City Medical Center, the USSA’s Center of Excellence, the National Ability Center and the Park City Ice Rink.
