SkyRidge is located on the north-west side of the Jordanelle Reservoir and is a master planned community of 485 luxury homesites on 670 acres (over 50% is dedicated to open space). The developments boasts views of the Jordanelle, mountain peaks and the ski runs of Deer Valley ski resort.

Home sizes allowed is dependent on homesite size.

Homesite 7,000-10,000 sq ft: Home size minimum of 2,000 to 4,500 maximum sq ft of livable space.

Homesite 10,001-22,000 sq ft: Home size minimum of 2,500 to 6,000 maximum sq ft of livable space.

Homesite 22,001+ sq ft: Home size minimum of 3,000 to 8,000 maximum sq ft of livable space.

Sept 2019 update

– 132 homesites were released in Phase 1 (Orion, Ursa & Constellation subdivisions) and many have been reserved. Orion and Ursa subdivisions have converted reservations to contract and there are currently 34 available lots as of 9/30/19.

– Phase 2 expected to be released summer 2020.

– HOA dues are expected to be $185 per month

– FAQ – how much does it cost to build in Park City? Whilst this has many variables to it, we think a current sensible rule of thumb is to work off $350 per sq ft.
