Sun Peak & Bear Hollow

Sun Peak lies just to the north of Canyons Village offering single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and cottages many of which benefit from a neighborhood clubhouse with pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. The single homes in Sun Peak tend to be larger with views of the Uinta Mountains and some of the the ski resorts. Sun Peak has excellent access to the hiking and biking trail system with one of the more popular trail heads, Rob's Trail, located near the top.

Bear Hollow is a more densely populated planned community just below the Utah Olympic Park. Primarly a condominium and townhome neighborhood there are a few large single family homes mixed in. Bear Hollow has a small commercial center with offices and an amenity centers that includes a swimming pool and fitness center. Kimball Junction is within walking distance and  Its proximity to the I-80 is popular with commuters to Salt Lake City.
