The Lift

The Lift is a true ski in ski out condo development located at the Canyons Village area of Park City Mountain Resort. Next to Lift, the Sunrise chairlift will connect you to the country’s largest mountain experience: 7,300 acres of skiable terrain with 38 lifts, 300 trails, and 16 places to eat. Steps away from shopping, dining, and après hubs, Lift is part of a new masterplan led by Replay, a team who played a key role in the creation of Whistler Blackcomb.

Open concept floor plans are framed with large windows to capture the large views. There will be 61 fully furnished residences in total ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Vail Resorts will manage the property.

Amenities include a swimming pool, pool deck with loungers, cabanas and fire pits, fitness center, steam room,  roomy storage lockers as well as the Club Room which will be comprised of lounge seating, multi-media entertainment wall, wet bar and pool table.

Construction began in Summer 2017 and is expected to be complete by Summer 2019.

Prices originally started at $575k and currently there are only 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units available at a price range of $2.395 mio to $3.795 mio. Scroll below to see them!
