Wolf Creek Ranch
Wolf Creek Ranch is a 13,200 acre development located on an high alpine plateau and abutting the 2.2 million acre Uinta National Forest. Ninety-four percent of the development is protected by a permanent conservation easment. The development has only 80 ranches each of which are a minimum of 160 acres, on and individual ranch you are allowed 10 acres of "disturbance" which is allowed to have 3 structures, a main house, caretakers house and a barn.
On-site amenities consist of a Ranch Center, ideal for large gatherings such as weddings, a guest lodge for use by owners and their invited guests, an equestrian facility, which features a temporary boarding area, a round pen for traing and a small tack room for the few "Ranch Horses" which are maintined by the HOA. Therre are 60 miles of trails that access three yurst on the property.
The propety is easily accessible via the 27 miles of paved roadway within the ranch. The ranch is appoximately 60 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport and 15 minutes from the Heber airport which can handle a large corporate jet. Park City is aproximately 25 minutes away.
